Program Benefits
The PSE rebate fully funds equipment and installation for both the thermostats and any qualifying common area lighting. We submit the application with your signature for PSE approval, then schedule installation at your convenience. We receive the incentive payment upon completion.
Easy up/down arrows for everyday use. Wi-Fi and app features are entirely optional. We provide instructional video and bilingual print materials to tenants in advance so management isn't troubled by questions.
Each apartment takes about 15 minutes. With management's assistance gaining access, we complete up to 100 thermostats per day. If a unit is skipped, we'll attempt another visit before completing the project.
The app for programming and remote control is entirely optional. Property managers can also use it to remotely control heat settings in vacant units or those under renovation.

The Process
Meeting with your manager on site, we walk through your facility and identify energy-efficient upgrades covered by the program, including thermostats and common area lighting.
We prepare a technical specification listing all of the units, locations, and the hardware needed to maximize the impact of the rebate program.
We prepare and submit the rebate application and technical specification with your signature for approval, covering the entire cost of the Wi-Fi thermostat upgrades. With your approval, we schedule the site work.
Our fully licensed, insured and bonded crew installs the Wi-Fi thermostats and common area lighting, then conducts an integrated systems test. Our technicians install up to 100 thermostats per day — about 15 minutes per unit.
We provide a close-out report of energy efficiency upgrades including all hardware, support documentation, and warranty information on the thermostats and common area lighting installed. We conduct a close-out walk-through of the facility with the on-site manager, buttoning up any remaining issues.
The Mysa Wi-Fi thermostats carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty, plus an additional 2 years when professionally installed through this program, and have proven worry-free. We provide 90 days of tech support to be sure everything runs smoothly for your tenants.
