Quick-Start Guide
Your personal songbook — chords, lyrics, and everything you need to play, built for reading at the music stand.
First thing: put it on your phone
Open your book link in Safari (iPhone/iPad) or Chrome (Android), tap Share → Add to Home Screen. The book becomes an app: full-screen, always a tap away, and your saved notes are protected.
The five buttons at the bottom
Inside a song sheet
Chords + Lyrics — chord names sit right above the words, half-bar changes marked (½). Toggle to Lyrics (edit) to fix or personalize the words; your edits save automatically in your browser.
▶ Auto-scroll rolls the lyrics at the song's tempo while you play — the slider adjusts speed.
Chord Shapes — the guitar box on top, the keyboard chord below it (dots mark the chord tones), and a Warm-Up card with the chord tones as notation for violin or any melody instrument.
♫ Open in Music plays the exact recording in the Apple Music app (Mac, iPhone, iPad — and Android if you have the app); Web Player works everywhere else.
Story, performance notes, and looping ideas round out every sheet — and every notes box saves as you type.
Adding a song to your book
Tap the ⚙ gear → Add a song. Title and artist is enough for a quick request — but the full form (linked right there) lets you paste the lyrics too, which gets your song built fastest.
You'll be asked for your PIN the first time on each device, then it's remembered. Your request goes into the shared queue with your name on it; the sheet is then researched properly — real tuning, verified key, never a capo shortcut — and appears in your book with the next update.
Your data is yours (back it up!)
Favorites, set lists, lyric edits, notes, and your practice log live in your browser on your device — nobody else sees them. That also means: back them up. ⚙ gear → Export saves everything to a file; Import restores it on a new device.
